Iran Combine Manufacturing Company began operations on December 6, 1969, under the name John-Saz Company (Private Joint Stock). In 1970 and 1982, it was renamed Iran John Deere Company and then Iran Combine Manufacturing Company, respectively. In 1991, the company's structure changed from private joint stock to public joint stock. It was admitted as a member of the Tehran Stock Exchange in December 1994. In 2005, Astan Quds Razavi purchased 51% of the company's shares.
